Notice to Investors – Delisting from Euronext Growth Milan

ELES S.p.A. hereby announces that, effective 24/04/2026, the Company’s ordinary shares have been delisted from Euronext Growth Milan, the multilateral trading facility organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

As of that date, ELES S.p.A. shares are therefore no longer traded on Euronext Growth Milan.

Documents and information relating to the Company remain available in the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website at www.eles.com.
